1. The 14-day fit-check
We offer a full-featured 14-day free trial before you pay, so you can confirm Oxolan works on your network.
If you still pay for an annual plan and find within 14 days of purchase that Oxolan is not right for you, email hello@oxolan.comwith your order ID. We will refund the annual fee in full and revoke your license, provided the license has been actively used in good faith (not, for example, held on 50 devices during the return window).
2. Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; the current month is not refunded.
3. Auto-renewals
Annual plans marked auto-renew continue until you cancel. We email a renewal reminder before the annual charge. If you are charged for a renewal you did not want, email us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it as long as the license has not been re-activated on new devices in that period.
4. Refunds outside these windows
Refunds outside the windows above are considered case-by-case at our discretion — for example, if we cannot resolve a genuine incompatibility on your network within a reasonable time. We prefer to make it right; email us before assuming no.
5. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card network before contacting us, we may (a) revoke the license immediately and (b) permanently block the associated email and hardware IDs from future purchases. We strongly prefer that you email us first — a legitimate refund is faster and cleaner than a chargeback.
6. How to request a refund
- Email hello@oxolan.com from the same address you used at purchase.
- Include your order ID (or the Razorpay payment ID) and a one-line reason.
- We aim to respond within one business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 working days — the exact time depends on your bank / card issuer.
7. GST and refunds
Refunds of GST-invoiced purchases are processed with a credit note, so your GST records stay clean.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or under equivalent consumer-protection legislation applicable to you.
