Can this replace SharePoint for us?
For in-office file movement and shared working folders, yes — that's the exact use case, minus the sync conflicts and per-user subscription. External client portals are a different job; many agencies keep a light cloud plan for that and move internal traffic to the LAN.
How do shared workspaces handle two people editing?
Workspace sync ships with conflict handling, and file locking prevents simultaneous edits of the same file in the first place — the combination most sync tools are missing.
Do we need someone technical to run it?
